6. Title Page Requirements: - Conference title & organizing institutions /- Full paper title (Arabic & English) / - Author(s) name(s), academic rank, and institutional affiliation
7. Formatting Standards: - File type: Microsoft Word (.docx) /- Arabic text: Simplified Arabic font / - English text: Times New Roman font
8. Structural Requirements (25-page maximum including references/appendices): o Font Sizes: Main title: 14pt Bold Subheadings: 12pt Bold Body text: 12pt o Required Sections: a. Author information b. Bilingual abstracts (Arabic/English) c. Introduction d. Research problem, significance, and objectives e. Methodology f. Results g. Conclusions & recommendations o Referencing: APA 7th Edition mandatory
9. Review Disclaimer: The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject papers without providing justification.
Important Note: Peer review criteria apply solely for conference participation acceptance. Publication in Springer-Scopus indexed venues requires separate compliance with publisher guidelines.
Research Publication Policy
- Conference Proceedings: Accepted papers will be published free of charge in the Conference Proceedings Book.
- Scopus-Indexed Publication: Qualifying papers may be published in a Scopus-indexed journal or Springer book chapter, subject to publisher guidelines. Authors bear the publication fee of $400 USD (or equivalent in Jordanian Dinar).
- Optional Journal Publication: Publication in scientific journals remains at the author's discretion.
- Fee Clarification: Conference registration fees do not include Scopus/Springer publication charges.

- International Participants (outside Jordan): $450 USD (or equivalent in JOD) includes: Conference registration • Conference bag • Printed materials • 3-day hotel accommodation at conference venue (2 nights)
- Local Participants (within Jordan): $250 USD (or equivalent in JOD) includes: Conference registration • Conference bag • Printed materials
- Travel Costs: All participants bear their own travel expenses.
